When I decided to go into this line of work, I knew I wanted to do things differently.
Personable
I don’t want to sit in a chair and simply ask my clients how they feel. I don’t want to be a formal, impersonal wall who simply holds space. I want to be your therapist, coach, mentor, and friend. Someone who can understand you and relate to you; someone who truly cares; and someone who is available when you are in need.
Clear
I want to help my clients achieve concrete goals. I want to create visible transformations in their self-respect, mood, finances, and romantic relationships. I’ll always be compassionate and kind, but I’ll never be vague or beat around the bush. And I’ll never steer you wrong.
Honest
I want to be an example to my clients. I never wanted to be that therapist or coach who says "do as I say, not as I do." I aim to be genuinely happy, healthy, confident, stable, and fulfilled. Because I talk the talk and walk the walk, my clients truly know they can trust me.
My solution-driven approach
Here are some of the benefits you can expect to receive when working with me:
✔ A structured program where we meet once a week and check-in over the phone throughout the week.
✔ Homework, tasks, and reminders to complete throughout the week.
✔ A written review of what we talked about in each session, so you don’t have to remember it all.
✔ Access to call/text me any time, for additional accountability and support.
✔ A mentor, coach, therapist, and confidant who is just as invested in your success as you are.
